Question How to Prioritise booting sequence.

So I installed a m.2 ssd on my ACER NITRO 5 SPIN. I used the Samsung Data Migration tool to clone my OS onto my ssd. Now when i open the bios it only show 1 drive, either hdd or ssd. When both are enabled through SATA, it boots from HDD and no other device is shown in Booting menu. And when I disable the hdd, system boots from ssd and works flawlessly. What do I do to use my ssd as main OS drive and my hdd as my data drive. Any leads would be appreciated.

No bro, when i connect either of them, only that device shows and when both are connected only the hdd is shown

When you finish the cloning process, you should shut down the computer and remove the old drive.
Allow the computer to boot with the new drive only, after all is working then you could connect the old drive back.
After that Windows Boot Manager appears in the BIOS boot order and Boot Mode:UEFI and Secure Boot: Enabled.

In your bios, you may separate section for the HDD boot order in addition to the Boot order setting that has the 1st boot, 2nd boot, 3rd boot... Make sure the SSD is first in that HDD list.
