My pc was freezing so I did a fresh install of windows 10 and completely wiped my c drive. I drag and dropped my games onto my secondary drive and I would like to know how to properly put them back on my c drive so that I dont mess up windows again.

Solution
the blizzard game might work if you just copy contents to new drive and make a new shortcut.
As for Modern warfare
Literally copy it with a flash drive or external HD. Then on Battle.net launcher click locate game.

answer - Just tried this after making a full copy of the updated game from my desktop onto laptop. After locating the game files and scanning it tried downloading ~ 40GB of data.

you supposed to move the library using the client, not copy/paste

copy paste without battle.net running then locate installed game in battle.net

I don't remember if there's a move game function in the launcher so you could also check that if there's any option for that

reinstall them from scratch like you would any other program. its the only way to get them into the registry

were they steam games, that isn't how you move steam games.
Modern warfare and cold war which is battle.net or blizzard. Both games are in there own folders so all I had to do was drag and drop the folder. Both games are huge, modern warfare 220gb and cold war 90gb. What do you mean by reinstall? It would take weeks or months to redownload the games. I'm thinking I can go into the launcher and find an option to move the games and then choose to move it to c drive but I dont know if that's the right way to do it.
