To ask better: I was given a MSI Gaming Laptop and I want to reinstall Win. 11, it has Drive C, and D. How do I go in and to a clean install using windows using "reset this PC" ?

Thanks for any help!

A "clean install" is not typically thought of as "reset this PC".

Are C and D literally 2 different drives....or just separate partitions on the same drive?

If you want a clean install, the first thing you should do is disconnect the drive that you DON'T want to install Windows on. Otherwise, you may end up with parts of Windows on 2 different drives....which leads to problems.

ok - well clean install was a bad represenation of what I want to do - I want to "reset it"....that said. Will it step me through "resetting" it, since I have 2 SSD's?

No, you DO want a full wipe and reinstall.
Not a simple 'reset'.

To create a Win 11 install:
https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

This install is for Win10, but very very similar.

Physically remove the second M.2 drive.
Have ONLY the one main drive installed when you do this install.
