How to properly set up the temperature curves of the fans in SpeedFan?

I need some help with setting up the temperature curves of the fans in SpeedFan!

Oh dear 13thmonkey,but I thought that you will give me examples for the values,like you gave me before!
Or please tell me how can I determinate the values that will work for me?Should I experiment or else?
Or it would be OK,if I don't change the current values,because the current combination works like a charm?

experiment, it's a balance between fan speed and it's ability to remove heat and the amount of heat generated, there are many variables. Start from 100% at all temps and slowly reduce the % at the lower temperature range until the fan speed doesn't manage the temp.
