I shifted to new place where there is 1 main issue of main seweage being near to my block. Due to which there is issue of corrosion of electronics copper connector and chrome coating. Many devices like mobile tablet pc chargers adapters get that carbon spots on them. Kindly suggest me anything to protect these items or anything to prevent it. How to clean or any chemical I could use to clean connectors or electronic circuits to prevent from damaging. Thanks in advance.

Solution
I know LN2 overclockers slather their motherboards in Vaseline to prevent against drips. Would be messy, but....

Other things that come to mind: bulb grease for car lights. Same concept.
