How to protect my USB?

Hello,

Is there a way to make my USB protected from antiviruses or at least make specific folders protected from being modified? I have some softwares that are false positives but they get deleted most of times by antiviruses and I have to re paste them..

Ok the usb now is asking for permissions to delete and modify files, Thanks

But one last thing, is there a way to give computers the permission to modify if I wanted to? like typing a password or something??

Not possible, to modify read only files you need to have permissions. The other computer would have to have permissions over the usb.

There is no way that I know of doing that. I found a program that can encrypt the usb with a password: https://diskcryptor.net/wiki/Downloads
