It is the main reason for all mobiles.What is the reason for hanging the mobile is it virus or many files opening the mobile.

Buy and Install an antivirus software like AVG, Norton, Kaspersky and run a full scan to check any viruses and also scan your memory card(if any) because they have the highest chances of carrying viruses to your phone.

There is a free app called Clean master it has a good anti virus.

If its an iPhone give up already.. they removed all antivirus from the app store b/c they apparently "Don't Get Viruses"
