How to put back my Gpu to default Clock?

i hve a asus strix gtx970 4gb gpu....and i its OverClocked..... i have some prblms with gaming....Can anyone help me to get it back to normal clockspeed.

If its factory overclocked you cant. What problems with it do you have?
