How To Put My OWN Game on my Website?

I have created a game and have sent it to a company (AddictingGames) to put on their website, but they do not accept Exe files, they would rather play it through their browser, but I do no know how to put the game on my website, can I get some help?

They probably want the game implemented in HTML5 or Adobe Flash.

How did you make the game? To my knowledge tons of games on Addictinggames are made in Flash though HTML5 games are starting to take dominance.

I made my game with Game Maker.
