How to put sound icon on second monitor taskbar?

My second monitor has the clock and date, is there a way for me to put the sound on there as well? I am using Windows 10.

It wouldn't let me up it on the taskbar, but I don't want a shortcut, I want the little icon on the bottom left of the screen on both monitors.
