How to put Windows 10 on pre-installed windows 10 laptop upgraded to SSD?

Hi, I got a new laptop (Dell Inspiron 15) that came with pre-installed Windows 10. I have purchased an SSD (Samsung 250 EVO) to replace the HDD. How would I install Windows 10 after I install the SSD? I don't have any files I want to keep on as it's a new laptop and it has nothing on it so it would be like a fresh install.

First, make sure you have your windows 10 creation media with you. If not then you can download it from Microsoft.

2nd, boot to the USB/DVD that has the windows 10 installation on it. From there, it's pretty self explanatory.

Windows 10 will self-activate after installation, because it activates using the identity of your computer's components and its particular configuration.
