I have 2 SSDs, both same capacity and brand, one is brand new and one has my OS on (Windows 10). However I know that they both need to be blank to make a RAID 0, but how do I do this if I want to run the OS off of them?
First thing I've got to ask. Why do you want to do this and do you understand all of the pros and cons that this sort of setup comes with? 90% there is no benefit
I'm doing it because both of the drives are only 32GB and my C drive is 5GB off being completely full up
Ya I wouldn't do that. If they are only 32 then they are old enough to have the crappy garbage collection the originals had combined with that TRIM doesn't work in RAID under most platforms and you have a recipe for some pretty impressive write amplification.
It is time to take USAFRet's and start moving things to different drives.
