Question How to re enable controller?

So I've been getting bad controller drift lately, and while playing earlier with keyboard and mouse it was interfering with the in game camera, unfortunately due to another inexplicable issue I can only use my headset and mic through the controller. So In a rash move I sent into device manager and disabled the driver. Now I cant seem to re enable it. While games do recognize the controller it isn't listed correctly nor does the head set work.
Any help?

OK. What make and model of controller do you have, and what operating system version. Also, what do you mean when you say you can't re-enable it? Is the option missing? Did you try reinstalling the driver?
