How to read the RAM label?

I have a group of 2GB and a group of 1GB RAMs from several old notebooks.
May anyone please
(1) teach me how to read those labels and
(2) suggest the order of quality(from the best to the worst)?

They're all ddr2 667mhz apart from the Kingston which is 800mhz, & the Samsung which is 667mhz native but rated up to 800mhz.

The hynix stuff, the infobis there on the label, 5300s is the same as 667MHz.

The rest just put the product code into Google & it'll bring up the specs for you.

The paccom stuff no idea at all.
