How to reassign the hotkeys of my keyboard

Hi,
i earlier i had a keyboard on which there were many hotkeys including the "change song" one. But sadly due to my fault it broke.
Now, i have a new keyboard but it doesn't have the change song key but a lot of extra hotkeys like sleep, mute, play/stop,etc
Is it possible to reassign one of these keys so that i could change songs..thanks

I don't think you can assign keys if those keys aren't assigned already. I think it's gotta be in the system when you buy it. But don't quote me on that.
