How to reboot a acre laptop

Hello,
my daughter was killed in a car accident and we have her acer laptop which is locked with a password.... can you help

Hi

Unfortunately, any questions here about passwords are not allowed to be answered...
But..take it to a local Computer shop and explain and they will either tell you the password or remove it for you...

My shops charge 1/2 hours labour for this assuming we believe the owner is genuine..we will not do it if we believe it is stolen...

We once had someone who wanted it and didnt know the password was in Chinese characters.... we refused to do it and they never came back to pick it up....

So... a local computer shop to you is the answer...
