How to receive my warranty from a second hand card

The seller days there is warranty left over on the graphics card. How do I receive it what questions should I ask ? Thanks

First thing you would have to ask the manufacturer "Is the factory warranty transferable?" If it isn't then you have no warranty.

You can vote me down, but if you google "is pny graphics card warranty transferable" The first results, from PNY's website, (which is not working right now) says that These warranties are valid only for the original owner of the product. . I can't get to the PDF to read the whole thing. But that does not sound promising for you.

You don't ask the seller, its not up to him.
You ask the manufacturer, PNY.
