How to record computer from other computer

Hello, how to view computer transaction to other computers at the same time?

1. Computers in question must be connected to the same network/domain.
2. The user (you, I'm guessing) must have admin rights to use remote log-in software.
3. Users on computers to be viewed remotely must accept remote log-in.
4. When above three conditions are met, you'll see what they see.
