[SOLVED] How to recover a PA65-UD3-B3 with corrupted bios ?

Hi guys,
I did a stupid thing. I downgraded my gigabyte Pa65-UD3-b3 mobo bios from version F12 to F1 and after that there is no signal from gpu to monitor and I can't get into the bios settings.
Is there a way I can recover my mobo?
please help!

my guess is it need a cpu that have F7 min
