I have a western digital 320GB MY BOOK that I think has crashed. First I get a message that the USB hub is not recognized. Then when I reboot and plug directly into my laptop, it says "disk in Drive H: needs to be formatted". I exited out of there, but when I tried to go back in, I get the same message. When I go to properties, and General it shows 0 GB used and 0 available.. Not sure if my pictures are there or not. before I was getting the format error, the blue light on front of the Hard drive would just turn off and on, and when I try to manually turn it off, it won't turn off. Suggestions please, Thanks
