How to recover data after deleting partitions

Hi everybody,
Yesterday my system was attacked by virus so i have deleted all 3 partitions on my NB internal HDD and than again created all three partitions with the same size and performed quick fromat on them. I have installed xp on 'C' again. In this whole process due to some kind of tension i have forgotton to take backup of my outlook files. Now i am running xp again but i have to recover my outlook files they are really very important.

Help me...=(

Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Download and use Active File Recovery, i used this for recover files from 80GB, 120GB and 500GB HDDs adn was very good to recover the files that i needed.
