G grimmhoof Jan 19, 2019 2 0 10 Jan 19, 2019 #1 I have a Crucial M4 SSD 2.5 128gb. Had a failure of a SATA cable and now the drive won't boot. I have tried different cables, the computer is not even recognizing that there is a drive there. Is it a lost cause?

Solution G G grimmhoof Jan 19, 2019 Update: Managed to get it to boot. Quickly downloaded the files I needed to a backup. Now just have to find a new SSD down the road.
