Hi newcomer and welcome to the Tom's hardware forum.

Install or update the driver

You have install the proper Audio device drivers!
These drivers can be found on the CD/DVD supplied with Motherboard/Sound Card.
If you want to have latest drivers, you can download it from the motherboard/sound card manufacturer's website.
Then you can recover the Sound on your PC!
