How to recover the data from formatted HDD on debian

In my system i installed dual os. While installing debain OS ,i formatted full hard drive. Is there is any solution for recover a data of hard disk.

Have you put anything new on the same hard drive?
It is possible for you to restore all your data back after the accidental formatting as long as you have not rewritten the original data.

In the future, you should be more careful and keep everything important backed up on at least two drives.
