I want some NT workstations to use a custom NTconfig.pol
instead of the default NTCONFIG.POL on NETLOGON folder.

Any idea how it can be done?

Yes. Well, actually no. Not without monkeying around with a BDC.

Oh, you mean you want someone to tell you how? Oh....

Well, the short and simple way is: http://www.zisman.ca/poledit/

The longer way is to actually work with your network admin and just
put the custom definitions inside the normal system policy... it's
amazingly easy once you start doing it...
