How to Reduce Fragmentation when Cloning from SSD to HDD?

Hey,

In the past, I upgraded my laptop with an SSD, so I cloned my system from the HDD to this SSD.
Now I built a new gaming rig, and I want to use the SSD for this build. (i'll upgrade the laptop with an SSD again when i have the money.) I won't have any problems cloning the system back to the HDD again, but since SSD's are never defragmented the system will be rather fragmented if I simply clone it to my HDD. I'd like to know if there's a way to prevent or reduce this. Is it possible to copy the data to the HDD without it being fragmented like hell? I'm afraid there's not but you never know, and asking never hurts.
Cheers

No, I know all that stuff, but the scenario you describe is exactly what i'm trying to prevent. Defragmenting the entire disk when it's cloned will take a long time.. I don't want to lose all my stuff and settings, so a clean install is not an option, also, these options are rather obvious. But thanks for your time.
Edit: I saw a typo in my question, i can understand that's why you said ssd shouldn't be defragmented.
