Hi, need some advice.

Proc: ryzen 5 1600x
Ram: 8gb ddr4 2400mhz
Gpu: gtx 1060 6gb
Monitor: LG 24 inches 144hz 1ms (no vsync/freesync but with DAS)

I'm experiencing input lag while playing PUBG in high settings (high settings just to reach 60-80fps)

I need to know how much of a bottleneck my pc has or do i need to configure my graphics settings or nvdia settings for this?

Solution
It's LG 24GM77-B

I think I found the answer,

-I turned DAS monitor settings On
-turn of vsync off (in-game)
-turned on motion blurr (in-game)

I can now play pubg in ultra settings with 50-70 fps
What is the exact model number of your LG display? My guess is it's input lag is not likely more than say 20ms or so, but since LG's TVs are much higher input lag than they used to be, I can't be sure.

What you may be experiencing instead though is high ping, which can cause a different kind of latency problem due to your ISP and/or the servers you're playing on. So check your ping in Steam.

Ideal ping rates are sub 10ms, but usually anything under 50ms, and especially under 30ms, is playable. If it gets up around 80-100ms or more though, the gameplay can be frustrating, especially in fast action shooters.

As for how to reduce such lag. On displays, more often TVs than monitors, there's usually a lower lag mode called "Game" mode that has less video processing, which causes less lag. Some monitors have such a feature too though. To reduce ping you usually look for servers with lower ping, or you can also adjust such settings in Steam (Max Ping/sec), on which there are guides to follow.
