how to reformat my 3D dual bios ??? anyone pls hlp me... I'm in trouble

I don't know how to reformat it... and I'm searching for hlp...my pc started but shows nothing on the monitor and only my mouse can be used on the task bar...

you can only update BIOS, but theres no way to reformat it. when you update BIOS, previous bios will be deleted and will install new bios update automatically. through bio flash from usb or internet bio flash from motherboard bios
