How to reinstall idm in windows xp sp 3

Hello,
i hv just installed win xp sp 3 on my pc . the installation came with INTERNET DOWNLOAD manager (IDM ). but while updating the IDM ,it got deactivated. now please tell me how can i reinstall IDM , by using the win xp cd ?

The IDM ships as a 15 day or 30 day Trial period.
Try downloading a fresh copy.
