Hello, IVE GOT OVER 300 VIRUS AND MY LAPTOP IS SLOWIST COMPUTER IVE EVER BEEN ON SO ALL I WANT TO DO IS REBOOT MY LAPTOP PUT I HAVE SOME HOW LOST PRESARIO_RP(D FILE SO ANY GOT A GOOD IDEA WHAT TO DO JUST TO MAKE MY LAPTOP LOOK LIKE ITS NEW AGAIN

Many times they put a recovery partition on. Look on the first boot screen to see if it says anything about system recovery, if not, hit F8 as it starts up, and see if it gives an option there. If those options don't work, then if you have a friend who has a windows vista disc, you can use that to reinstall, just use the number on the bottom of your computer when asked for a key.
