How to reinstall windows 7 without loosing games.

hello.
im having trouble finding this out.
How can i reinstall windows 7 with a system repair disk i made to remove all the pre-installed junk off c drive and without loosing any data on d drive. i have movies, games, music on d drive but if i reinstall windows 7 will i loose that stuff?
also do i need a system image or repair disk to REINSTALL windows 7. thanks for your help, time.

it came pre installed thats why i want to reinstall to remove all bloatware.

You either need to ask for a disc from the people you bought the computer from, or borrow one and activate it using your key.

a clean install is the only way to make it yours w/o all the pre-installed crap.
