I'm looking to run the witcher 3 on my PC but it takes at least 1.5 GB of video memory to run and I only have 1024 MB of dedicated video memory. I have 3072 MB of shared memory. I was wondering how to take some of my shared memory and convert it into video memory. I have tried this before by going into my BIOS but I couldn't find anything that allowed me to convert it. Anything helps thanks.

In short you cannot do that. You increase the shared memory for BIOS settings there but you will not be able to allocate a very large amount of your system RAM to the graphics. Add a graphics card to meed to requirement of Vram.
