how to remove 8600k over clock

hi guys. i have asrock z370pro4 and the 8600k, just wondering how to default my clocks back to stock as i overclocked to 4.5 but its to hot for my fan. thanks guys

Just reset your bios to default! That should do the trick!

As said above, reset the bios. Or you can clear the CMOS. Just pop the battery out of your motherboard for about 10 seconds and then put it back in. It is round and about the size of a quarter.
