I just got this All Bookmarks folder showing up on my Chrome Bookmarks Bar after trying to create a Bookmarks Bar bookmark. I cannot find a way to delete it and I've found a few others with this problem. In fact when you look at the Chrome Report an Issue instances on this, one person said the exact same thing, and another replied saying they're having the same problem, but it was locked for further replies.

I have tied deleting the URL created in that folder, but I can only delete the URL, not the folder itself. None of my searches have lead to a viable solution.

does it show up on the bookmarks manager?

Only if there's a URL in it, but only the URL can be deleted, not the folder.

I got an answer on TPU that solved the problem though. You have to open a new tab in Chrome, type in chrome://flags/, then after opening that page, do a search for "Power bookmarks side panel". Then for that option you just click it's drop down tree to the right and choose Disabled.

BTW, another guy on TPU had the same problem, so the info one of their staff offered was useful for him too.
