How to remove ban in Battlefield 2 online?

The server banned my account for no reason and i don't know why. I don't want to use other server because that is my favorite. I tried to create another account (new email ad, new account name, new password) but still no luck. They said that it is because of the IP. Now is there any solutions so i can remove ban in this server? (ex. changing IP). Any answers will appreciate.

Try to write letter to DICE. If you have got banned because of nothing you should get unbanned.

You should have been provided with an explanation as to why you were banned, this would normally be sent tot he e-mail address that you used to sign up. Do not necessarily expect the company to be reasonable. While I was doing maintenance on Son No. 2's machine, while Son No.3 was playing ....Son No 2alt tabbed out to start his own session and lend him some money. Blizzard's software detected the duplicate log in and banned the account for "hacking". They refused to budge. That was the end of Blizzard in their circle of friends..... my other son unsubscribed in protest as did many of their friends.

This happened to me once. You're wasting your time trying to contact them from the same IP address. You'll need to contact someone in charge from a friends computer. If there really are no rule infractions I'm sure they will re-instate you with apologies.
