How to remove ddr4 rams?

Hi all, i know there’s still a post about that but i can’t understand how can i remove the ddr4 stick in my mobo becouse one of the clamps is stuck!
Please help me and sorry for my bad english

One side typically stays in an upright position, and the other actually pivots in/out of position to lock in the memory (or to allow it to open). Just pull straight up, with the one side open, to remove.

So i just have to open the only one clamp and pull the ram straight up without using any tool to help me?

Thx i did it! The only one thing is that the sticks don't come out symmetrically....sincerly i don't appreciate this one-clip-system...
