How to Remove DELTA CPU Fan

How do you remove a DELTA ELECTRONICS CPU Fan (DC BRUSHLESS MODEL BFB1012H)?

I wanted to clean it out; there are two deeply-recessed screws-- I can't tell which tool I need. Anyone know?

The system is HP Compaq d530 Small Form Factor.

Looks like you'll need a flat head or, more likely, a phillips head jeweler's screwdriver.
