How to remove fan blade?

I've searched the web on how to remove fan blades with clips at the back and they always say that there is a rubber stopper behind the back sticker that is easily removed. However, when I removed the sticker from my laptop fan, the stopper looks like it's made of metal and I cant pop it out. Does it mean that I cant remove the fan blade? Thanks.

cooling fans are rarely made with end user/ease of parts replacements/maintenance in mind, I suspect...

Those fans with those plastic/rubber stoppers are usually older fans or cheap ones. The problem with them is that since the fan cannot be perfectly sealed, so there is potential for gunk to get into the fan or lubricant to get out. Because of this, most modern fans (and laptop fans) are designed to not come apart to ensure a greater longevity. Maybe just used compressed air or a small brush if you would like to clean it?

The fan is making so much noise that I planned to check inside it to know what's causing it, and to try to fix it by adding oil or something.
