How to remove HDD/SSD from the startup screen

On my laptop screen the HDD/SSD password screen is there don’t remember a password for this how do I remove it?

Contact your laptops manufacturer. We can't know it's your laptop. So we can't help you break into it

You'll have to ask whomever set that password, or contact the manufacturer.
Or think real hard and remember it.
