Solution seogoat Jun 28, 2014 Boot with Vista disk to repair startup and install original vista grub. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927392 now make sure the system boots into vista then boot vista disk and delete Ubuntu partition. then stretch original partitions in windows to use max disk space. you might be able to do that with Disk Management in vista
