how to remove macfee from my acer laptop

its not a week since I've bought my Acer laptop. however popups from MacAfee life safe internet security are very consistent and it keeps saying that my subscription has expired. I never installed this app nor have I registered. I would like to uninstall this app but I'm unable to do so since every time I try it keeps saying navigation to webpage has been cancelled. what is the meaning of this and how can I uninstall this app?

Download ccleaner from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/

install it, open it, and on the left pane it will say tools, click that

Select Uninstall
Select Macafee from there on the right click uninstall
