Hi
With sd card there is a write protect switch

But there is no obvious way to remove format command for memory cards only

Is this a card used in smart phone, camera or PC ?

Hello. There is no such way to remove card format option directly. I think you may get some problem on your memory card right? I have met that before. Nothing serious. It is just data lost problem.
