How to remove Neshta.c Virus

My PC is being affected by this virus and all the time Windows Defender pops up and says " Threat Detected".

Should I install a new antivirus and scan the entire PC or I scan using Windows Defender.

Can anyone tell me a good antivirus to use to scan my computer.

Try that, and also get a decent antivirus software.

First, the basics, download and install Bitdefender: http://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/free.html

Just install and run it, it'll do it's thing and you won't have to touch it anymore.

Second, download and install Malwarebytes: https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/

Install it and run a full system scan (I think they call it a threat scan or something similar)

Heed any detections either of these programs make and quarantine every result.
