Hello everyone,
Basically, as the title states, I am looking to remove one of my graphics cards from my SLI setup and go back to a single-card setup, since I found SLI to be very problematic for most games (as most AAA titles do not seem to support SLI very well).
I currently have two GTX 1080s on SLI (I will sell the second one once I remove it) along with an Intel Core i7 6700k on an Alienware Aurora R5 PC.
Is there anything else I need to do (apart from disabling SLI in the nvidia control panel) before I completely remove the card from the motherboard?
Thank you in advance
