I tried and I'll try again. I couldn't find the option to remove password. I have searched google and youtube and I'm still not able to find the solution. I'm not sure which setting it would be under, but I will keep trying to find it. Are the gigabyte aorus motherboards hard to manage? Also, I haven't forgotten my password, it's just a pain having to enter the password every time I turn on my pc.

At this point, we can assume he doesn't know the old password or he would just put it in.

At this point I can assume you haven't read all of the thread. Also if this was the case you should not be helping them as helping with resetting or bypassing an unknown password will get you banned here(consider this your warning).

Bios passwords are stored in nvram which is not affected by power loss(removing the battery). The only method we will assist with when removing a bios password is the method that requires using the current password during the process.

Enter the IEFI bios(del during post)-> go to the bios tab(if you don't see this make sure you are in classic mode not easy mode)-> click administrator-> enter the current password-> when it asks for the new password leave it blank and press enter-> it will ask if you want to disable the password click yes.

If you can not reset in this way(worked just fine on my Gigabyte Z370 Gaming 5) then you will need to contact Gigabyte support as the way I just posted is the only way we will assist with disabling the bios password.
