Im wondering if I can remove the mobo standoffs since the standoffs are in the wrong places, and which tool I can use I have the MSI Vampiric 10X

Solution
If you have a standoff that does not align with a hole in the motherboard should be removed to avoid a short.
A pair of pliers should be sufficient to remove the standoff.
If needed, a vise grip can hold on much tighter.
Standoffs outside of the motherboard perimeter do not need to be removed.
Your case is a mid tower of ATX form factor and should have come with standoffs.

There are different standoff configs and some come with unnecessary standoffs that can be removed.
All standoffs that line up with the Motherboard standoff holes should be there to properly support the MB.
Standoffs are made of Plastic or Brass and a simple nut driver or adjustable wrench is used to tighten till firm.
