How to remove scratches from side panel window?

Hi, sorry for my bad English, I speak French.

I recently decided to clean my side panel window... the same way I clean windows: Paper towel + Windex..... HUUUGE mistake.

There are scratches all over the panel, on both side.
My computer case is rare (Bitfenix Shadow), so I can't find replacement panels.
How can I remove those scratches?
