How to remove static noise from microphone? Don't tell me to lower the levels, because my mic is quite, I'm using a dynamic microphone, what else can I do?

Solution
Well, you could just take a metallic wire and run it from the back of your computer to a properly grounded thing.
Traditionally (15+ years ago) you might unscrew a screw at the back a bit and clamp one end of the wire and rescrew. Then connect the other end to a heating pipe (Something metallic that will go to the ground).

However, your case really should be grounded by way of your PSU.
Your PSU should be electrically connected to the rest of the case and your PSU should be connected by a grounded power wire to a proper electric grid.

If your home has ungrouded outlets you may want to use a solution described above or google how to deal with ungrounded outlets in a modern home (as there are other solutions).
Well that humming noise could be the vibrations from the case. And by "in post" I mean post production. You can use a free software like Audacity to remove it. There are many ways to get rid of background noise. You can google these easily: http://www.podfeet.com/blog/recording/how-to-remove-noise-with-audacity/

When recording, you might want to put in a noise gate and noise suppression. Depending on your software you might be able to do it

Removing it in post:
Many audio recording/editing software have noise suppression options.
I use Audacity; you select a bit of you not talking so that all the sound is noise and then you command the program to remove that noise profile from your entire recording.

You could run a delay, but that would probably take too many resources. Remove your mic away from your case. You also want to consider using a shock mount as well as this will cut out on vibrations. Not much you can do editing wise since you are live.

I know how to use Audacity to remove them, but for live streams, audacity can't be used.
PS: Attaching at the back of the CPU didnt helped either.

What program are you using to stream?

I use OBS studio and there's guides for this. Add filters to your microphone, a noise gate and a noise suppression.
As of the latest OBS studio version there's . . . . something I wanted to try and haven't gotten around to regarding sound quality.

OBS lags very much in my games, I use Xsplit GameCaster. And yea in voice chats too I can't properly chat :/

Hey, I got something. I think something's wrong my with PC? It gives me small electric shock while touching the mic or the CPU or any pendrive attached to it. Maybe that causes static in mic?

That might be relevant indeed.

Do you have your mic plugged into the back? Then run a ground wire from the motherboard connector plate to something grounded.

Really, your computer really should be properly grounded though.

Yes it's at the back. And I've never done something related to that, could you give me some tips?

EDIT: When electricity goes off, then the PC is at super static noise Lol.
EDIT 2: If I wear headphones with high volume, I can hear the static noise in the headphones but can't on speakers.
