How to remove t-mobile software from Nokia 5130

Hello, My phone is unlocked already, but t-mobile' software still exist in my phone.
How to remove this, because it make a problem with my phone that is always appear message "SIM Card registration failed" then i can't use my phone book.

Speak to your cellphone provider, if the 5130 is a model they support there may be an update they can download.
