How to remove Ubuntu completely with grub from Windows PC?

I was using dual boot of windows and ubuntu but the ubuntu files got corrupted and it stop working. Now I boot windows from grub menu so how can I remove ubuntu completely with grub and allocate space back to windows?

Windows Disk Management will allow you to remove the three Linux Partitions then you can merge them into free disk space.
